Snowmass raclette is semi-firm, elastic, and has amazing melting properties. Made with organic milk, Snowmass has a very pleasant aromatic smell with a creamy texture. The flavor can vary from nutty, slightly acidic to milky and butter with lingering washed rind aromas.
