Medallions of our Boulder Chèvre are marinated in a blend of olive and canola oil (for stability), minced garlic, and Herbes de Provence. The result is a luscious, unholy concoction that’s delicious straight out of the jar.


Ingredients: Cultured Pasteurized Goat Milk, Salt, Canola Oil, Olive Oil, Garlic & Herbs, Vegetable Enzymes

A crisp white wine like Sauvignon Blanc, Sparkling Wine, Cider

White Rascal, Blue Moon (wheat beer) with slice of lemon or oranges

Crumble atop pizza, pasta, egg dishes, grilled or roasted vegetables, or salads.

Serve on a crudités platter. Slather on warm, crusty bread.
