80% Cow and 20% Goat Cheese
Buttercup is a blend of pasteurized local cow and goat milk. We think of this mild, easygoing, semi-soft cheese as our “Swiss Army knife” in the kitchen. Kids go crazy for it, but we know more than a few grown-ups that do, too.
Ingredients: Cultured Pasteurized Organic Cow Milk, Cultured Pasteurized Goat Milk, Salt, Vegetable Enzymes
Pair with A Dortmunder or Pilsner
Serve on toasted ham-and-cheese sandwiches, macaroni and cheese, egg dishes, casseroles, quesadillas, or soufflés.
