Ingredients: Cultured Pasteurized Goat Milk, Salt, Vegetable Enzymes
A soft red such as Sangiovese or Pinot Noir
Weissbier
Excellent crumbled atop roasted beets, winter squash, or grilled vegetables.
Pair with charcuterie on a cheese plate, and accompany with grainy mustard, hearty bread and pickled vegetables.
