CUSTOMER SERVICE REP AND OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

The Role

This position is full time and work hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 5:30 pm and on-site at the plant. Occasional weekend or evening hours may be necessary.

 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ability to execute the following:

·      Navigate multiple email accounts

·      Understand product and production schedule down to the details

·      Receive and process customer orders

·      Be flexible to pitch in and help where needed in the plant

·      Navigate multiple platforms (including Quickbooks Online)

·      Troubleshoot issues that arise with customer orders and inventory needs

·      Understand and follow processes for order fulfillment

·      Work in the plant, in person, 5 days/week

·      Provide assistance as necessary to the executive team

·      Field phone calls and emails and direct and delegate as appropriate

·      Support the executive team

·      Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records

·      Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary

·      Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf

·      Minor accounting duties, including, but not limited to working with off-site accounting team to maintain the utmost accuracy in company financials, including, but not limited to managing AR and AP

·      Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information

·      Manage complex office administrative work requiring the use of independent judgment and initiative

·      Manage vendor relationships as well as ordering supplies for business operations

Qualifications

·      Some college or Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

·      Impeccable attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

·      Works independently and in small groups

·      Can perform basic math skills

·      Effectively communicates and actively listens

·      Can multitask in a fast-paced environment

·      Growth mindset and positive attitude

·      Clean DMV record

·      Some knowledge of bookkeeping practices required (Quickbooks experience a plus)

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and social media web platforms

·      Experience in production/manufacturing preferred

·      3-5 years of experience in customer service or customer success position strongly preferred

·      Successful history of creating and managing processes and procedures for effective and efficient business practices

·      Able to learn quickly as well as teach others processes for optimum growth

·      Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders


Compensation & Benefits

·      Pay range: $45,000-$55,000 salary (starting salary depends on experience)
